戴庆,研究员,博士生导师。现任国家纳米科学中心所务委员、科技处处长、第十三届全国青联委员;入选美国光学学会会士、发展中国家科学院青年通讯会士、英国皇家化学会会士。获国家杰出青年科学基金资助、国家重点研发计划首席科学家、中国青年科技奖、何梁何利基金科学与技术创新奖、北京市自然科学二等奖、2019年度最有影响力论文奖、2020/2021年度中国光学十大进展、“全国青年岗位能手”称号等荣誉。
2003-2007年在英国帝国理工大学完成本硕连读课程(MEng),2011年在英国剑桥大学获得博士学位,随后在剑桥大学光电子研究中心从事博士后研究工作。2012年当选剑桥大学Wolfson学院Junior Research Fellow并入选“国家特聘专家青年项目”,同年5月加入国家纳米科学中心。
主要从事纳米材料光子性能调控与器件研究,通过调控材料极化激元实现微纳尺度光压缩与转化功能,为下一代高速光电子芯片提供关键光电互联方案。成果包括:成功将入射光波长压缩百倍引入芯片,解决因衍射极限导致的光电互联模块尺寸失配问题;利用自主研制的国内首台低温(30K)近场显微镜,设计新模式异质结将SPP寿命提升十倍达到皮秒量级,满足芯片中波导传输需求;在单壁碳管中首次观测光场电子隧穿效应,获得高时空相干飞秒超快电子源,实现高速电光信号转换。以通讯作者身份在Science、Nature、Nature Mater.、Nature Nano.、Nature Commun.、Adv. Mater.、Phys. Rev. Lett.等国际知名学术期刊发表SCI论文80余篇,相关成果被Nature等科学媒体高亮报道。申请国家发明专利54项,授权33项。2016年作为负责人牵头筹建了国家纳米科学中心纳米光子学研究部,2019年作为负责人牵头筹建了中国科学院纳米光子材料与器件重点实验室,任实验室主任。作为执行主席举办了第691次、第Y3次和743次香山科学会议、ChinaNANO光子学分会等高水平学术会议。现担任Nanoscale和Nano Today期刊副主编和Nature、Nature Materials等期刊的特约审稿人。
