基于QCM动态血糖/体液离子监测系统的研发


简介:  

       石英晶体微天平(Quart Crystal Microbalance, QCM)是一种超灵敏的质量传感器,其原理是:利用石英晶体谐振器的压电特性,将石英晶振电极表面质量变化转化为石英晶体振荡电路输出电信号的频率变化,可通过计算机等其他辅助设备实时在线监测数据。其测量精度可达纳克级,甚至可以检测到质量的变化相当于单分子层或原子层。基于此,我们课题组自主研发了一款小型化仪器,并开发其在生物流体方面的研究,包括:      

      (1) 基于唾液葡萄糖的无创血糖传感器,通过检测糖尿病患者唾液中微量葡萄糖的含量来获得病人血糖变化的图谱,从真正意义上实现血糖的无创监测。并于2019年获得国家药监局审批的医疗器械注册证和生产证;
      (2) 生物流体中具有典型生理意义的检测目标物的检测,包括:蛋白质、核酸、抗原、抗体等的检测,在癌症、糖尿病、口腔疾病等方面均具有重要的意义;
      (3) 电解质:K+, Na+, Ca2+, Mg2+等离子的快速检测,在抗震救灾等重大事故中具有非常重要意义;
      (4) 与其他技术结合,探讨微观过程与作用机理;其他微量,痕量物质的即时检测等;
      (5) 开发相关试纸条的研发,可实现目标物快速、定性检测。
